Add or reduce licenses

Zoho One allows you to modify your license plan at any point during your subscription period. You can add or reduce the number of users and switch between the available license plans on the Manage Subscription page.

Role required:
  1.   Org Owner in Zoho One
  2.   Org Admin

To access the Manage Subscription page

  1. Sign into Zoho One.

  2. Click your account icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Under Subscription, click Manage and follow the instructions based on your license plan.

 

 

    • If your license is for the All Employee Pricing plan:

      1. Click Manage Employees.

      2. In the NO. OF UNITS TO MODIFY field, enter the final number of users after addition or reduction. For example, if the current user count is 30 and you wish to add five users, you will enter "35" in the field. Your change will be highlighted beneath the field, as shown in the screenshot below.

      3. Verify the Order Summary on the right panel and click Proceed.

      4. Review the payment details and click MAKE PAYMENT. The changes will be made and your new invoice will be sent to the registered email address.

 

 

    • If your license is for the Flexible User Pricing plan:

      1. Click Manage Users.

      2. In the NO. OF UNITS TO MODIFY field, enter the final number of users after addition or reduction. For example, if the current user count is 35 and you wish to remove three users, you will enter "32" in the field. Your change will be highlighted beneath the field, as shown in the screenshot below.

      3. Verify the Order Summary on the right panel and click PROCEED.

      4. Review the payment details and click MAKE PAYMENT. The changes will be made and your new invoice will be sent to the registered email address.

 


  1. Make sure the value entered in the NO. OF UNITS TO MODIFY field is greater than or equal to the number of active users in the organization.
  2. If users leave your organization, make sure you have deactivated them before reducing the number of licenses.
